perfection?

you can't be perfect. you never will be, no matter how hard you try.

it's annoying when people call me a perfectionist. i really disagree. i am not.

so i thought i made the closest to "perfect" cake yesterday & it was destroyed by my niece.

had to bake a 2nd one. make it as close to the "perfection" as the 1st cake.

i take it to class since it was part of my final exam/presentation grade...guess what? class ended 2 hours early and was shut down.

my almost, yet not close to perfect cake #2 wasn't enjoyed by anyone in class. just two friends who decided to take a piece <3

fuck perfection. i like me the way i am. not perfect...not the brightest crayon in the box...just, me.

Seriously, I don't understand why some people refuse to accept that they are WRONG! Geez, build a bridge and get over it. It's not the end of the world if you're wrong ya kno?

Anyway...a night of wine and boyfriend by my side always makes everything else dissapear.

so... i completely forgot i had made this blog! i have a LiveJournal which i have had for about 5+ years now and have made plenty of friends on but, Blogger seems to be the next new cool thing? lol. im not quite sure yet. we will see...we...will...see. my friends husband Kris mentioned he had one today while at Publix doing groceries and chasing down his daughter, aka my goddaugher<3>
